Minimum Qualifications

What added-value you should bring to the team

BSc. in Engineering, at least 5 yrs experience in a similar position in a multinational company, Experience in automotive industry, Good understanding of equipment maintenance principles, Lean manufacturing/Six Sigma/Black belt and fluency in English.

MSc. in Engineering

Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment

Your role in a nutshell

What will you do at Federal-Mogul Motorparts?

• Leads door-to-door implementation of the future state for a particular product family across departmental and functional boundaries.
• Directly responsible within the assigned area for the management of all resources to satisfy customer requirements for timely delivery of quality product, while optimizing throughput, inventories and all costs. Promote a climate that is lean, cost efficient, safe and productive.
• Creates and implements policies and procedures in order to achieve long and short term objectives according to annual budget.
• Contributes to the settlement of CAPEX and operational budget for his/her department.
• Responsible for assurance of production capacity in order to satisfy clients’ request.
• Participates at the roll-out of the production plan together with supply chain planning team.
• Communicates production targets.
• Responsible for achieving quality objectives.
• Monitors quality assurance in modules (production lines).
• Leads cross-functional teams in order to implement preventive and corrective actions.
• 5S process owner for his/her department.
• People management (job description, recruitment, induction, training, evaluation).
• Responsible for monitoring operational KPIs: OTD, MPS, OEE, OPE, EBITDA, Material Yield, Internal and external PPM, scrap cost, 5S score.
• Active contributor to continuous improvement of the plant performance (Kaizen, Audit, Gemba, LSW).Responsible for compliance with HSE rules for his/her team.
