Financial and Billing Analysts with Italian

Currently, we are looking for Financial and Billing Analysts to become a part of the teams in the finance division, which handle the order to invoicing process.   Generally, the Financial and Billing analyst handles the following processes: Order Management, Customer Invoicing, Financial Analysis, Reporting, Support for other finance areas.  

Main responsibilities:
 •Understands order & invoicing requirements as part of the E2E process in support of the account & the customer  
•Skilled in the use of a variety of business tools including Excel, Access, SQL & a variety of applications used for order entry & invoicing, including COMPASS & CiT  
•Ability to translate contract text into billing formulas  
•Ability to work effectively in diverse, foreign and multi-cultural environments
•Attention to detail & numeric ability
•Strong oral and written communication skills  
•Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills  
•Teamwork skills  
•Ability to solve issues or escalate them
•Open minded and easy to engage with  
•Ability to work effectively in diverse, foreign and multi-cultural environments.  
•Ability to cope with peak workloads, short deadlines, and significant pressure.

Education and Experience Required:   
· University degree with a focus in business or economics recommended or equivalent experience.  
· At least one year of experience as a financial analyst or any relevant experience in finance field.   
 


Knowledge and Skills Required:  
· Good level of English language (at least B2 level); Intermidiate level of Italian language (B1-B2 level)  
· Basic understanding of accounting processes.  
· Basic analytical skills.   
· Good business application skills (Microsoft Excel).  
· Good communication skills.   
· Good teamwork skills.
