Your tasks:

• Maintenance of energy supply plants, buildings, technical building equipment and outdoor facilities taking account of economic, time and logistics aspects as well as statutory and operational regulations to maintain and optimize qualitative and quantitative machine/plant availability
• Controlling and supervision of construction measures of any kind in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, standards and directives
• Assessment of continuous improvement process suggestions, implementation and awarding of continuous improvement process points, if applicable involvement of the company suggestion scheme management for the purpose of formulating a normal suggestion for improvement

Your qualifications:

• Job-related experience mimimum 1 year.
• Related College education or relevant technical training.
• Knowledge of English and Microsoft Office.
• Problem solving capacity with excellent organizing skills.
• Improvement focus and care for others.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
