Facility Coordinator main responsibility will be to coordinate all resources allocated for facility area and services from all aspects.
Main areas of responsibility
Education and Technical skills
University degree in technical field Knowledge in interpreting electrical/ mechanical and pneumatically drawings + 3 years supervisory/ coordination experience in a technical field + 3 years manufacturing experience Experience in financial budgeting and execution Correct understanding of cost management and action plans to control those Very good problem solving skills in a technical environment
Leadership and communication Skills

Main areas of responsibility
- Infrastructure:
- Optimal functioning of KERO properties (e.g. electricity, HVAC, etc.) with minimum interruption of production
- Coordination of Administration area – large scale coverage (e.g. auto park, electricity, green areas, winter activities, etc.)
- Owner of escalation process for all infrastructure
- Coordinating projects (equipment’s and services) of maintenance, expansions, rehabilitation, remodeling in areas of: construction, cleaning services, security and fire alarm
- Coordination of actions in emergency and force major situations, when occurred
- Human resources (including supplier’s management):
- Coordinates facility KERO employees (administrative and functional)
- Coordinates contract and operational activities of all utilities suppliers
- Coordinates contract and operational activities of all infrastructure security and cleaning suppliers
- Budgeting and financial execution, including optimization projects in area of:
- Propose monthly Energy
- Utilities – consumption reduction and
- Documentation, regulations (legal and internal) and Certifications:
- Owner of responsibility in legal and KE documentation processes regarding facility area
- Owner of regulation regarding all facility processes (e.g. define and implement regulations, restrictions, etc.)
- Owner of KERO certification according to established standards (e.g. ISO 50001) in all relatied activities (e.g. audits, improvements plans, etc.)
- Organizational culture according to ISO 50001
