Overview

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan, manage, coordinate, operate, and provide technical support for all utilities that support plant operations, providing the necessary availability in a cost effective way

Responsible for the management of the building, services and processes that support the operation of the organization in optimal environmental conditions, SSM



Responsibilities
  • Coordinates and controls the expansion and repair of buildings, maintenance, restoration and expansion of offices, production areas and warehouses, parking, the land that surrounds the building.
  • Supervises, validates interventions on the building, annexes and utilities made by contractors, manages the relationship with them and evaluates the activity of the contractors.
  • Prepare the technical documentation for the selection of service providers
  • Ensure extension, maintenance and operation of sanitary installations (sanitary groups, sewerage).
  • Manage relationship with water distributor / authorizations
  • Coordinates the activity of PSI systems maintenance and operation contractors (sprinklers, smoke sensors, hydrants, defoamers, audio warning, emergency lighting) of security systems (CCTV, barriers and access control)
  • Participate in audits of qualified entities and seek to close nonconformities
  • Ensure the extension, maintenance and operation of electrical installations (transformation points, distribution points).
  • Coordinates the work of permanent subcontractors by following the security procedures according to the legal and company requirements
  • Identify and implement energy efficiency measures, energy audits.
  • Ensure the expansion, maintenance and operation of compressed air (compressors), natural gas, drinking water / industrial water (putty) in accordance with the legal requirements of the company
  • Ensure the identification, knowledge and observance of the legal requirements / specific requirements of the company in terms of distribution of utilities and maintenance of the building
  • Ensures the efficient distribution of microclimate installations, the operation of heating systems (boilers) and HVAC in both production, warehouse and office spaces.
  • Coordinates the activity of contractors for the maintenance and operation of microclimate installations
  • Coordinates the operations for the cleaning team offices, technical spaces, section sections and warehouse. (contracts, consumables, machinery, costs, team performance)
  • Coordinates activities for maintenance of green spaces, car parks and outdoor alleys, snow activities
  • Ensures the good functioning of the canteen, following the activity of the company providing canteen services
  • Provides allocation and management of locker rooms. Coordinates the documentation preparation for the statutory audit;
  • Support plant continuous improvement initiatives by constantly identifying opportunities for improvement of its own activity
  • Other projects and analysis as required
Education

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical field
  • SAP knowledge
Experience
  • 2 years of work experience in technical field
  • Understanding of automotive production environment is preffered
  • Ability to coordinate and supervise activities
  • Experience and / or minimal exposure to continuous improvement principles
Requirements
  • Communicate effectively and able to build positive working relations
  • Be proactive in learning and resilient in getting things done without constant supervision
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluently speak, read and write in English
