OMV Petrom Global Solutions is looking for an experienced and talented Expert Finance Digitalization to develop and implement RPA and other automation tools for finance and business processes.

You will be accountable for the quality and effective management of the RPA and other automation projects within the OMV Petrom Global Solutions, Finance business unit.

 

Responsibilities:

• Collect and prioritize RPA and other automation initiatives within Finance business unit
• Identify and propose improvements for processes / systems / applications
• Develop, test and implement RPA solutions
• Maintain and update the implemented solutions
• Align and collaborate with IT business unit as well with Digital Finance Transformation team of OMV Group
• Manage small team of experts working to implement automation projects
• Plan and budget internal and external resources needed for automation solutions
• Ensure implementation of solutions according to IT and RPA governance

Requirements:

• 5-7 years specific work experience in Finance / IT areas
• University degree in Economics / IT / Business Administration
• Experience in project management / support functions and ideally certification in project management (. Agile, Lean, Design Thinking)
• Experience in working with RPA, BPMS and other technical solutions for automation
• Knowledge of SAP system (tables, queries, interfaces, configuration)
• Knowledge of MS Office package, including interfaces with other IT applications
• Experience with programming is a key advantage (VBA, C#, Python, others)
• English – intermediate / advanced level
