About The Job

— Monitoring and control of operational expenditure, toolings and investments;

— Support in launching investment requests, in accordance with the approved budget;

— Coordinate the transfer of Construction in Progress to Fixed Assets Register;

— Responsible for tooling process activities (Takata property & customer property);

— Monthly analysis of operational expenditure against the budget;

— Maintaining and reporting the operational KPI from the area of activity;

— Participating in monthly closing activities, including reporting;

— Participating in budget activities with responsabilities mainly in the operational expenditures area and capital

expenditure;

— Participating in forecast activities with responsabilities mainly in the operational expenditures area and capital

expenditure;

— Identifying risk and opportunities in the area of responsibility.

Candidate Profile

— University degree - Economical profile with a focus on controlling and accounting;

— Experience in a similar position – 2 years;

— Fluent in English;

— Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite; SAP knowledge is a plus;

— Outstanding communication skills;

— Good analytical skills and attention to details.
