As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will have an impact within the company through the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, implement and optimize projects whitin the digital department while ensuring alignment with global, regional and local strategy.
  • Knowledge acquisition and understanding of all Nestlé brands and products in the market as well as target consumers;
  • Develop a constant monitoring and understanding of the "digital & eBusiness" landscape, both on the basis of internal and external resources, local and international, identifying trends and new opportunities;
  • Help to develop & implement the eBusiness strategy in collaboration with other teams and work on corporate or brand-specific initiatives in the digital environment (ranging from content development, to websites development & maintenance, media campaigns, e-commerce projects, CRM initiatives, social media management);
  • Internal communication of results and recommendations for similar activities (take-outs, learnings & recommendations)
  • Develop, use and monitor a set of relevant KPIs and correlate with business objectives for digital initiatives, in order to assess the impact and to optimize activities through on an ongoing basis;
  • Identify internal and external opportunities & trends to add value to digital projects.
  • Direct management and maintenance of corporate digital owned assets.
  • Ensure the compliance / approval of all activities in relation to Nestlé's standards and guidelines for digital and social media, as well as ensuring compliance with local legislation on personal data.
  • Develop and apply trainings for internal digital capability building for other functions (Marketing, Sales etc)

 

Experience and qualification required:

  • Knowledge about digital media: channels, techniques, KPIs, media buying, vendors etc . and previous experience in digital marketing, in agencies and / or in FMCG company, for at least 2-3 years in a similar role;
  • Past experiences in advertising, media, or research agencies are a plus
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree;
