- Promote Philips Oral Health Care products to dental professionals located in Timisoara and in the West part of Romania
- Fully understand the science behind the product, usages and the market
- Attend local, regional and national trade shows as defined by territory needs
- Drive point of sale presence and activity, building the brand
- Introducing Philips Oral Health Care products to dental professionals to gain their trial and recommendation
- Performing trainings for distributor and dental professionals
- Active sales to dental professionals
- Achieving all sales quotas
- Attainment of all KPI’s (sales turnover/mix, number/quality of visits, recommendation rate)
- Independent planning of daily activities
- Providing the Business Development Manager with regular reports according to the agreed time schedule with all relevant field information and inputs.
The Sales Team Romania and you will report to the Business Development Manager. You will be working most of the time remotely and will be collaborating with many teams.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Higher education;
- 3+ years of proven successful experience as a medical or pharma sales representative;
- Proactive, goal-oriented, with very good analytical and planning skills;
- Strong negotiation abilities;
- Advanced PC user (MS Office);
- Good English knowledge;
- Valid driving license and experience.
