Responsibilities:

• Analyze, plan and write requirements in reference to scheduled projects
• Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel
• Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
• Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making purchases on behalf of the company
• Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation
• Managing the project’s budget
• Communicating with all stakeholders
• Collaborating with department heads to achieve a common goal

 

 Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in handling small to mid-sized projects as a project lead (Android apps)
• Computer Science or Engineering degree and work experience is a strong plus
• Knowledgeable in Android platform, Google Play Console, Google Firebase, Google Analytics
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods (including Agile methodolgy)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising technical  team
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
• Ability to talk to different audiences (from the high level discussion with the top management to very in-deep discussion with support)
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
• Excellent written and spoken English is a must
