Key activities and responsibilities

As a  Technical Presales Specialist, you will support the growth objectives of the BDS Service Line through supporting the cyber security bidding activities

You will work with the Global Services Presales team and other Bid teams from different geographies to generate, accelerate and streamline proposals. Your primary tasks are the following:

• Proposal acceleration
  • • Reviewing, assessing and responding to Request For Proposals (RFPs) and Request For Information (RFI) with Atos Cyber Security solutions.
    • Participate where needed in workshops, meetings and conference calls representing Cyber Security presales expertise
    • Populating with most relevant content such as services descriptions, sanitized proposal text
• Costing & calculations.
  • • Cost calculations, using standard Atos tools for cost modelling to develop costs for solutions based on a building block approach.
    • Supporting the development, improvement and accuracy of the cost models through supporting a portfolio initiatives

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:

Ideally you come from a Newtork administrtor or alike position, you know about security, firewalls, detection systems, and you would like to continue in presales in order to enhance your customer and IT skills. See below a list of attributes we are looking for:

• Ability to develop and maintain a combination of technical knowledge and process excellence in the areas of:
  • Cyber Security portfolio & solutions
  • The IT infrastructure stack

• Professional certification such as CCNA, CCNP, CCSA, advantageous

• Ability to understand complex situations and requirements and break requests down to manageable activities
• Ability and appetite to learn and continuously stay tuned and up to date on Cyber security portfolio, bidding process and solutions
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to interact with people on both business and technical issues, and to build lasting effective professional relationships
• Fluent oral and written English
• Nice to have: relevant experience in any of the following areas:
  • Next Generation Firewalls (ngFW)
  • Intrusion Prevention/Detection Systems (IPS/IDS)
  • Web Application Firewalls (WAF) and Proxy Technologies
  • Threat Intelligence and Anti-DDOS Technologies
  • Security Information and Event Management systems (SIEM)
  • Experience with vendors such as: McAfee, Palo Alto, Cisco Sourcefire, Radware, Digital Guardian, Cyber Ark, RSA
