Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities:

• Prepares and processes customer orders on a daily basis
• Correctly enters and modifies the orders into the ERP system
• Works in close cooperation with all internal departments (sales, logistics, purchasing, solutions a.o.) and to obtain additional information related to orders, whenever necessary
• Prepares the orders acknowledgements/ order confirmations and sends them to the customers;
• Informs the customer on any modification that appears in the order status
• Handling of returns, complaints and repairs
• Whenever necessary, looks for alternative solutions for the cases where the customer needs (e.g. delivery time) cannot be satisfied
• Ensures the customer receives all the relevant documentation related to sales orders
• If necessary preparing, following up and maintaining price quotes in cooperation with the sales team
• Actively participates in the departmental meetings
• He/she is also responsible for the continuous improvement of the activity

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree – in Technical, Supply Chain, Business or related field
• 1+ years of relevant work experience as customer support/technical support representative
• Good organizing and communication skills
• Customer oriented and team-working abilities
• Languages: English – advanced level
• PC skills: MS Office, Internet, ERP knowledge – SAP is an advantage, but not mandatory
