Customer Quality Engineer (German speaker)

Responsibilities:

• Participates in all customer related liaison and quality activities, functions as customer interface
• Assures that customer and internally identified quality issues are solved
• Performs process and system audits
• Creates/ supports inspection plans, control plans
• Offers support for line trials and engineering changes
• Provides reports to customer and company management, detailing performance measures, issues and improvement action plans.

Requirements:

• Technical university degree
• Good command of German is mandatory
• Advanced knowledge of English language
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive quality field
• Good knowledge of 8D, problem solving methods, APQP, PPAP
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, team player
