We are looking for a smart, positive and experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. 

If you are a wall breaker when it comes to Customer Experience and you are ready for a new challenge, we would like to meet you!


As part of the team, your responsibilities would be:

·       Translate customer’s expectation into internal strategy

·       Contribute in implementing the CX strategy

·       Map the end to end customer journey

·       Identify the touchpoints and processes improvement needed in order to offer a better                  experience

·       Capture and analyze the voice of the customer by surveys and other sources

·       Contribute in setting and monitoring experience KPI’s

·       Root cause analysis for customer issues and identify solutions

·       Follow up on projects impacting customer’s experience

·       Participate on customer visits

·       Identify best practices

Experience

·       At least 3 years of relevant experience Customer care, Account Management or Service                Orientation

·       Experience in mapping and designing internal processes

·       Excellent at prioritizing, time management, excellent follow up skills

·       Strong team player and networking skills

·       Highly motivated, organized and capable of handling several projects simultaneously

·       Strong English communication skills written & verbal

·       Excellent presentation skills
