Purpose of Customer Care Manger is to be responsible for leading and driving success within the Mass Market Customer Care Team and dealing with our direct accounts. This role will be fundamental in bringing the team on a change journey, as we become a more Customer Centric team. The role reports into the Supply Chain Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Support customer care team in all Order to Cash related activities;
  • Daily collaboration with internal and external departments such as: sales, warehousing & transportation, financial controlling, credit, retailers.
  • Coordinate escalation process for any customer related issues.
  • Handle month end reporting process for all customer care metrics (orders, invoices, litigations, service level).
  • Various operational tasks during the month (reports, approvals, audit processes, etc).
  • Coordination of cross - team monthly meetings.
  • Drive Strategy within the Team - Develop and deliver the teams ‘Customer Centric’ vision and strategy in line with the Mass Market Supply Chain vision and ensure this is animated and brought to life within the team.
  • Team Leadership - Focus on your team’s development – ensuring all team members have regular 121s, personal development plans and that training needs are identified and suitable support provided.
  • Identify talent within your team and drive meaningful career conversations and advancement.
  • Drive Collaborative Projects with external/internal stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field : administration, business finance, supply chain
  • Previous experience in customer service, logistics, sales support, or other related departments
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive a successful team
  • Ability to empower and delegate to your team members
  • Ability to define a strategic framework in order to give a clear direction to your team
  • Ability to build strong networks within internal and external stakeholders and influence at different levels
  • Strong presentation/communication skills
  • Very good analytical skills – interpret large amount of data and give recommendations.
