Location: Zalau, Romania
Department: Quality - Customer assistance
Purpose: Supports technical customer assistance activities.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as technical contact point between Customer/Customer representatives and internal areas, during the order processing, by:
- Participating in pre-production meetings, ensuring customer requirements are considered and intervention points agreed/defined;
- Reviewing applicable documents - (Quality Control plans, Inspection and tests plans, customer specifications, etc.);
- Day-to-day follow up of order progress and eventual problems arise.
- Follows-up quality events arise during the order processing.
- Participates in the internal investigation of customer dissatisfaction events
- Collects and compiles information for Data Books issuing.
Your profile:
- Degreed in: Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgy or other related technical fields.
- Language: English - Advanced
- Specific knowledge: Excel, Outlook, SAP
