What we’re looking for?

Previous experience: at least 2 years experience on a similar role;

Passionate about sport, passionate about football;

Excellent copywriting skills;

Advanced English – business proficiency;

Proven track record of delivered solid results;

Good understanding of business metrics, good with numbers;

Experience in managing software systems providers and developing on-line products;

Good organizational and prioritization skills, able to communicate project status effectively to senior team.

Experience in sports betting operations is a plus;

Good communication skills
What will your day look like?
-
Propose, develop and implement the plan for CRM campaigns, sports betting and virtual games, together with the Central Team

Define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control;

Select the games and build attractive promotions and mechanics, also being aware of business metrics;

Work to increase revenue by optimizing the platform, promotions, launching new products on all available platforms;

Monitor and improve products across all channels to ensure the best possible monetization and customer experience;

Weekly introduction of the results of the sports campaigns launched by using the CRM Dashboard platform;

Provides constantly the necessary reports to analyze promotions, bonuses and mailing and SMS campaigns;
