The Continuous Improvement and Digital Program Manager is the lead of the global GBS team responsible for the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple geographies and functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivers the continuous improvement strategy for GBS at a global level, ensuring the delivery of the CI framework and integration between GBS centers, global structures and serviced BUs. Partners with the Business Process Integration team and chairs the relevant governance body for CI initiatives.
  • Manages the GBS Continuous Improvement portfolio, ensuring appropriate reporting mechanisms are followed.
  • Handles in-house training on CI tools and methodologies and guides employees through the delivery of CI initiatives.
  • Manages the Digital pilot team for Robotics Processing Automation, leading the build efforts for GBS.
  • Manages the Project Management as a service team, in collaboration with the Enterprise Growth Team


Skills And Relevant Experience
  • Experience of designing or implementing a framework of continuous improvement in a multifunctional GBS / BPO / Shared Services Center
  • Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping
  • Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programs and Lean solutions
  • Ability to set-up, facilitate and lead service improvement/’WorkOut’ sessions with a range of business stakeholders
  • Previous experience with Robotics Process Automation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of Partners, senior managers, and subject matter experts
