  • In charge of the Facebook, Instagram and Youtube pages of Maybelline NY
  • Grow and develop our social media community, reaching-out to have great conversations with people interested in make-up
  • Be the day to day voice of Maybelline NY for our community and across our social media pages
  • Benchmark social listening and social interactions with the consumers in order to understand exactly what our community and our target audience are interested in
  • Answer users’ questions and build honest, positive relationships
  • Plan & implement the editorial posts for our social media pages
  • Be a strategic consultant for Maybelline NY make-up artist, Ioana Stratulat, in order to help her grow her community
  • Select and create relevant content for social pages using Sprinklr
  • Brief and approve social content produced by the digital agency
  • Seek-out content for social from the international materials
  • KPI’s & ROI follow up: Keep good levels for engagement rate & response time on social media pages

  • Be present @ PR events and create social content related to it in order to generate buzz
  • Maintain good One to One relationships with popular social media influencers/content creators
  • Discover new emerging social media influencers/content creators and build a relationship with them in the benefit of the brand (meetings, calls, etc)
  • Develop a clear PR Strategy for each activation, working closely with the marketing & PR team for bloggers briefing & selection
  • Develop ideas for special projects and implement them
  • PR implementation: in charge of send-outs & follow-up with the influencers
Required Profile


  • 1-3 years experience in digital PR
  • We’re looking for an excellent communicator both in Romanian and English
  • Passionate and engaged in Social Media with professional experience in this field
  • Understanding of social media analytics and associated tools; Sprinklr usage is a plus
  • Passion for beauty
  • Very good know-how in influencers’ landscape
