Key Responsibilities

 Calculation and update of product costs in PDP projects
 Support in selection and optimization of production processes as an input for product cost calculation
 Calculation of machine rates
 Support in make or buy studies according to MAHLE guideline
 Data preparation (product costs, investment, lifetime data) for internal approval processes
 Updating and monitoring of product costs until SOP
 Support change management
 Conduct gap analysis together with plant controlling
 Support the project team in achieving cost targets for components, processes and tools
 Cooperate with Sales and Project Management to create Minimum Sales Price and Cost Breakdown
 Support VA/VE activities
 Support Project Management regarding project reviews

Key Functional Requirements

 Engineering background preferred

 Production Process Knowhow (e.g. Assembly Or Injection Moulding)

 Experienced in product and project calculation
 Knowhow in IT tools: MS Office, SAP, FACTON
 Team player
 Very good language skills (English)
