The HENNLICH Group with trade representations in 18 countries is looking for Commercial Assistants for our local HENNLICH team in Arad. We are looking for full-time colleagues. Contact us if you are a team player with a good character, and good knowledge in sales, marketing and technology.

Commercial Assistant

Requirements:Sales, Commercial, International Trade or Marketing degree,
  • SALES experience,
  • Industrial sales experience and interest for technology are considered advantage,
  • Sales skills and interpersonal skills,
  • Very good NUMERICAL SKILLS,
  • GOOD LEVEL of German and / or English language is MANDATORY,
  • MS Office computer skills,
  • Persuasion abilities,
  • Active person,
  • Residence in Arad and surroundings.

Duties
  • Provide administrative and back-office support to the Commercial Department
  • Provides clients with guidance in a professional manner, and informs them pro-actively.
  • Prepare price offers
  • Processing Order Confirmations
  • Processing of purchase orders
  • Tracking orders
  • Marketing activities and market research
  • Organize visits to clients
  • Various translations
