If you are an experienced Romanian accountant (membership in CECCAR is a plus), team orientated, able to work under pressure, fluent in English (German is a plus) and interested to set new accents in an exciting environment, we look forward to receiving your detailed application.

Main Responsabilities
  • Coordinate all accounting operations including billing, account payable, account receivable, general ledger, revenue recognition, regulatory reporting
  • Coordination, guidance, verification and management of accounting records up to balance and balance sheet levels (inputs / outputs, stocks, clients / suppliers, fixed assets & depreciation, provisions, treasury, expenses & income,
  • Performing the annual inventory of the company and assisting with financial and tax audits
  • Documenting and monitoring internal controls in support of auditing team
  • Preparation of all statutory accounting reports and financial statements and various reports as required by the management;- P & L, statistics, budgets
  • Coordination of monthly/quarterly and annual closing process as well as providing support for the audit activities;
  • Timely manner reporting to the Tax authorities and the group accounting and audit partners.
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all financial transaction
  • Monthly payroll calculation and filing of salary related tax returns
  • VAT tax returns preparation and filling in
  • Preparation of monthly and yearly income-tax forms that are obligatory according to the laws
  • Ensuring appropriate financial reporting compliance with local legislation
  • Keeping connection with the Controller , the Financial Manager with the banks and tax officers
  • Co-operate with company internal and external auditors. Responsible for dealing with fiscal authorities

Knowledge Required / Personality Requirements

  • Bachelor in Economics, Accountancy
  • Experience in the field for at least 3 years
  • Good knowledge of financial and accounting legislation
  • Good knowledge of company law
  • Coordination and teamwork skills
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Knowledge of operating in SAP
  • Knowledge in industry costing
