PTC’s Field Business Systems team serves the entire Sales, Service and Renewal customer experience.

As a Business Analyst for Web Applications, you’ll bring clarity and alignment, resulting in efficient, high-value projects and system changes for PTC’s internal and external customers.

Your Day-to-Day:

As a dedicated Business Analyst for 1-2 web applications, you’ll be the primary interface between our business partners and the teams that design, develop, test and deploy solutions to support their initiatives.

You’ll apply systems knowledge and acumen in structured conversations to gain a deep understanding of business needs, which you’ll translate into compelling, actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

With stories defined, you’ll communicate on priority, operational impact and feasibility of changes.

You’ll also be a key facilitator during development and testing, monitoring progress and eliminating risks to keep projects on time and on budget, finally coordinating the testing and release of new solutions to our customers.

Your Skills and Knowledge:

• Approachable, highly skilled communicator
• Ability to quickly synthesize multiple inputs and sources of information, to write focused user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Strong planning and organizing skills, (understanding of Agile methodologies and tools preferred)
• Applied knowledge of web content delivery systems (preferably Sitecore)
• Understanding and experience of system integrations and complex business system landscapes
