Data Management (DMCC) is currently looking for someone to assume the role of Business Analyst.

Your day-to-day
 
Gather business requirements, perform business analysis and contribute to source to target mapping;

Be a partner with Business Users in defining Business terms;

Work in an agile environment to create / maintain data warehouse instances together with IT

Learn about conceptual, logical and physical model; test data and reports together with business and technical teams;

Create and keep up-to-date documentation related to flow of data.

What you bring to the team 

• Min. 3 years banking experience - business departments / Tribes or IT;
• Good understanding of general banking environment and Banking products, services and operational flows;
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office package (SQL, Excel, Access is a must);
• Bachelor's degree (Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science);
• Constructively approach to problems; open to new approaches;
• Analytical thinking, able to work under pressure, capable to meet deadlines;
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely across departments;
• Team player with ambition and energy, decisiveness and discipline;
• Passion for delivery and customer satisfaction with an enthusiastic, “get-it-done” attitude and ability to see the big picture.
