Back Office Representative with English

Requirements
  • University graduate;
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position or in planning/logistics/purchase;
  • Proficient user of Spanish and English;
  • Good command of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel;
  • Knowledge of ERP system, preferably M3;
  • Ability to plan and self-organize;
  • Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels.

Responsibilities
  • Communicates with assigned customers;
  • Perform activities related to product selling and after selling services;
  • Places orders in ERP and makes follow-up;
  • Ensure delivery of products at requested time;
  • Creates requested documents for the process performed;
