We Are Looking For
Area Sales Manager (Olt)
What You Will Be Accountable For
Building and maintaining healthy partnerships with the distributors and you will be responsible of the Sales team management.
Our Area Sales Manager Will Be Able To
- Influence and inspire those around him / her!
- Develop sustainable business partnerships!
- To take action!
- Growing and consolidating the volumes, and efficiently usage of Bergenbier resources
- Team Management: recruiting, performance evaluation, developing the team and keeping them motivated;
- Implementing the Key Account Manager’s recommendations for the KA locations within designated area;
- Sending market information in a timely manner to Regional Trade Marketing Coordinator, Regional Sales Manager, ASA, MCCEP, etc.
- Achieving sales and execution objectives set for your area;
- Coordinating, evaluating, developing and monitoring common objectives with the distributors.
- University graduate;
- At least 3 years’ experience in FMCG;
- At least 2 years’ experience in a management position;
- Commercial oriented; knowledge and experience in Key Account and Traditional Trade sales is an advantage;
- Very good negotiation and persuasion abilities;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Microsoft Office Knowledge;
- English knowledge;
- Driver’s license, B category.
