Application Programmer Analyst

For our office in Frankfurt am Main, Germany we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Application Programmer Analyst (Job-ID:to join our international team at the earliest possible date.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Analyze the business requirements by discussing with clients to understand requests for programming
• Develop software modules of the core banking system following standards and practices, in coordination with the core software developers
• Test and document the developments done to ensure quality and coverage of business requirements
• Implementation and maintenance of software solutions in accordance with company standards and policies
• Provide support, testing and training during implementation for the end-users of solutions
• Resolve and/or provide assistance in case of production incidents to re-establish the service as quickly as possible
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or relevant background, and/or 3+ years of a similar experience
• Good knowledge of T-SQL and MS SQL server, C# and OO design
• Experience working with MS Visual Studio, TFS
• Experience developing applications using .NET technologies
• Considered as a plus, basic knowledge of: WPF, XAML markup language, WCF, scripting languages (Python)
• Knowledge and understanding of banking business is an advantage
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
