Accounting Specialist

Your Team: 

• You will be part of the Global Accounting Operations team, reporting to the Accounting Manager based in Bucharest, but interacting with many of our GL accountants / senior accountant in PTC Group worldwide.

Your Impact:

• You will apply the global processes and procedures, will use similar knowledge and instruments, will be part of trainings and peer coaching and will collaborate and cooperate with all GAO team. Main responsibilities will be in accounting area but you may also participate to additional projects.

Your Day-To-Day: 

• Monthly/Quarterly reconciliations of balances;
• Accounting entries for payroll, fixed assets, accruals, reclasses;
• Reports required by management;
• Control of accuracy of accounting entries generated in AP/AR submodules;
• Interface with tax authorities, auditors, local providers, HR, AP and AR.  

Your Skills and Knowledge: 

• Bachelor’s Degree;
• 3-5 years working experience;
• Accounting knowledge;
• Experience in financial systems: Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP (SAP, Oracle or other).
• Fluent English is mandatory, Russian - nice to have
