Value Demonstration & Access Manager Romania & Hungary

We are looking for an experienced Value Demonstration & Access Manager to join our Commercial Team in Bucharest, Romania. Value Demonstration & Access Manager - Romania & Hungary (m/f) Reference: R0029688 REPONSIBILITIES Develop market access strategic and tactical plans for pipeline and in-line products & treatments to according to short and long-term business objectives Ensure in collaboration with Cluster VD&A Head and relevant Business Partners best products’ therapeutic & economic value recognition Develop / adapt value demonstration tools, e.g. budget impact & cost effectiveness models for use with customers, value propositions, etc, ensuring projects are delivered in a timely manner and through internal cross-functional collaboration Work in collaboration with the HTA team and medical to identify evidence generation needs to ultimately support value proposition Develop or and co-develop strategies in collaboration with relevant Business Partners / Support Functions to improve Rare Diseases reform recognition and therapeutic guidelines evolution Maximize cross functional cooperation with product teams on all questions about pricing and reimbursement and value argumentation Support tender submissions for relevant products and work on initiatives to design current and future tendering environment Shape service redesign/development strategies in conjunction with both specialised commissioning and HDM team with creative solutions to overcome major roadblocks Support development of joint working initiatives, where relevant Work with wider market access and regulatory teams to build early pipeline access strategy and data generation plan for pipeline assets / indications in conjunction with wider market access, medical and commercial teams Lead the development of strategies and tactics for key market access customer groups across the Takeda product portfolio, including non-branded market access programmes, to enhance Takeda´s leadership status amongst payers Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the healthcare system, health policy, commissioning process, tendering process along with relevant stakeholders and customers interface Develop and maintain a network of influencers and decision makers to help with adequate insights and intelligence to Takeda’s decision marking; Identify and anticipate future payer customer needs, constraints and requirements impacting Takeda and our therapeutic areas Educate internal teams on evolution of the external environment and implications for Takeda Responsible for managing allocated programmes and budgets. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent, with further degree in health economics, health policy (desirable) Strong Market Access knowledge in either Romania or Hungary, or both countries Deep business understanding Account Management experience Regional or national experience of stakeholder liaison and management and in the delivery of Partnership projects Project Management experience INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS Value demonstration & access cluster head General management Local commercial teams in Romania & Hungary International market access team Global value leads for products International & local marketing local & global medical & regulatory affairs teams
