Team Leader - Learning and Development

Together with your team, you will be bringing together Trainers and Learners in perfectly organized training events, from the comfort of your office desk.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Has excellent people management skills

• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills and speaks English fluently

• Has experience of working in a client facing role

• Is comfortable working with new systems and apps (no IT programming knowledge required) and with Excel/Word/PowerPoint

• Likes to keep things organized

• Has amazing problem-solving skills and can identify trends

• Is highly motivated, proactive and flexible regarding process change

• Similar working experience is a plus
  
  

Main responsibilities:

Your mission will be to lead and provide direction for an operational team.

• Organizing and conducting client meetings; keeping the client informed on team progress

• Implementing changes and various projects

• Proactively identifying process improvements; working with the client and internal departments to implement them

• Developing performance reports based on specific indicators (e.g.: SLA, KPI)

• Handling client escalations and escalated HR issues from the team

• Conducting meetings and performance reviews with each team member

• Delegating and allocating tasks to the team, to meet targets

• Recruiting new team members and handles the staff planning. Supports training

• Managing day to day contact with the other departments in Conduent (e.g.: IT, HR and Acquisitions)

• Multi-tasking, prioritizing work and managing time according on business needs.

• Working to deadlines with efficiency and accuracy

• Identifying and reporting any issue/non-conformity to the Quality Assurance team and actively participating in the correction and prevention actions
