Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring the quality of component suppliers;
• Coordinates the team of quality inspectors who ensure the reception of materials;
• Ensure that the specific product safety requirements are known and implemented by the team of reception quality inspectors;
• Ensures the implementation of measures to monitor the safety features of the product on the raw material received;
• Leads and coordinates the local teams formed to analyze the non-conformities of the received products;
• Coordination of the approval / re-approval activities of the products received;
• Responsible of the approval of the local suppliers;
• Responsible for the implementation of immediate preventive actions for the protection of the client in case of quality incidents due to the received product;
• Follow the corrective and preventive actions agreed with the factory team and the supplier as a result of quality incidents and the evaluation of the effectiveness of these measures;
• Make visits to suppliers and prepare visit or audit reports, as appropriate;
• Coordinates supplier visits into the factory;

Requirements:

• Technical higher education;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar positions;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a automotive industry;
• Knowledge of geometric and tolerant dimensions, technical drawing;
• Knowledge of nonconformities analysis, 8D, 5 why, cause-effect diagram;
• Knowledge of process capabilities, SPC / PPAP;
• Greenbelt, Blackbelt or Lean Expert represents an advantage;
• Understanding the principles and documentation of the management system;
• Very good knowledge of English; knowing a second language of European circulation can be an advantage;
• Very good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Excellent communicator inside and outside the team;
• Personal example in compliance with company rules etc.
