Project Development Manager

Mackenzie Stuart are proud to be working in partnership with a leading Oil and Gas operator who offer their services across Europe. This continually growing organisation have tasked us with searching for a Project Development Expert for an urgent upcoming position.

Responsibilities:

• Development of projects for the refining business to ensure long term commercial viability in competitive conditions.
• Converting defined targets in corresponding projects.
• Overall responsibility for investment proejcts within the refining and petrochemicals BU according to the Asset Development Manager.
• Defining and ensuring the completion of long-, mid- and short- term goals in correspondance with the appropriate management.
• Ensure approved budget adherence once approved by the management and implementation of appropriate measures at proven and impending budget discrepancy and identified target/actual deviations.
• Ensuring a proper and timely implementation of the operational technical activities in the area of activity according to the defined tasks.
• Ensuring functional operational controlling in terms of the tasks to be fulfilled by the division.

Job Requirements:

• Technical University Degree
• > 5 years experience in relevant field
• Strong experience in working on refinery based projects 
• Fuency in English (German advantageous)
