• Understand business and functional requirements
• Design and implementation of technical solutions
• Code reviews according to agreed coding guidelines and best practices
• Analyze and fix the reported issues

• Drive the .Net Community forward – provide mentoring for mid/junior colleagues

• Experience with .NET technologies
• Good knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns, algorithms and data structures
• Working knowledge of ASP.NET WebApi (preferably ASP.NET Core)
• Previous experience with client-side technologies such as AngularJS or Angular 2+, HTML, CSS and SASS
• Experience in mentoring programs/ projects is a plus
