Main responsibilities:

  • Identifies and initiates solutions to user problems related to workstations.;
  • Promotes the correct registration of problems and their associated solutions in the helpdesk application;
  • Train users in regads to TRICO IT policies
  • Install modify or corect harduare and software
  • Suport users to install their IT equipments
  • Folowup the tickets rised to other IT teams
  • Install test and configure new workstations
  • Mantain updated the inventory of all IT equipment
  • Mantain updated the inventory of software licenses
  • Report/escalate the recurent problems
  • Maintains the standards of IT infrastructure and IT systems constantly in different areas;
  • Supervises the process of installing the infrastructure (structured network);
  • Creates tickets with requests for IT services and monitors the stage of solving these tickets;
  • Ensures that any problem related to IT standards is reported to the owner group;
  • Ensures that virus protection and operating system updates are kept up-to-date for all areas / sites;
  • Ensures that the management, planning, purchase and implementation of hardware and software equipment are properly documented and available within the company, in accordance with Trico Wipers standard policy and procedures;
  • Ensure that disaster recovery plans are developed, tested and maintained in accordance with the standards defined throughout the area;
  • Manages and maintains printers in different areas;
  • Ensures that the server room area is managed and maintained in accordance with company policies and standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar positions;
  • Knowledge / experience in IT including in Applications, Infrastructure and Data Management;
  • Detailed knowledge about Operating Systems
  • Very good knowledge of English language;
  • Very good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook programs;
  • Microsoft Windowsadvanced (drivers, tuning).
  • Networking knowledge
  • Extremely customer oriented
  • Excellent communicator inside and outside the team;
  • Personal example in compliance with company rules etc.
