We are actively looking for an enthusiastic candidate to fill in the gap in the Financial department of our client, a well reputed multinational auto leasing company.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be To
  • Prepare and report monthly activity indicators;
  • Prepare and report monthly financial reporting (P&L and Balance Sheet) according to IAS/IFRS;
  • Contribute actively to the steering of the company by preparing ad hoc analyses for the management;
  • Prepare and process Budget and quarterly Forecasts, in close collaboration with CFO/General Management;
  • Analyze the variations in activity, costs per department and propose measures to follow-up the budget;
  • Prepare and process the Boards documentation for related meetings;
  • Prepare various business reports for Sales and Operations Department and discuss them after;
  • Develop and improve existing reporting tools in consultation with management;
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company/ group procedures;
  • Assist with other projects as needed.

Qualification And Requirements
  • Master degree, in controlling, finance or related field preferred;
  • Min. 4 year experience in the field of controlling;
  • Able to communicate in English (written and spoken);
  • ACCA can be an advantage.

Other Skills And Abilities
  • Possess Strong analytical skills.
  • Advanced user of MS Excel;
  • Very good communication skills;
  • Ability to interact, in an international context;
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment;
  • Ability to accept feedback and learn from them (positive attitude).

Company location is in Floreasca area, in Bucharest.

Working schedule will be from 09 am to 06 pm, from Monday to Friday.

Salary will be comprised between 6000 and 7000 lei net + meal tickets + benefits.
